The high demand for at home pampering here in the North Carolina, South Carolina and surrounding communities has inspired our mission to travel and service as many pets in need with zero carbon emissions. PPLLC is a small Black owned business that is pet stylist owned and operated with the intention to create a safe space for community and pets.
